Going downhill

Most of the doctors and nurses are supportive all the time to patients. Where employees have concerns arise from the inappropriate managerial behaviours which apply additional stress and pressures on staff. This can have a knock on effect on patients in the long term and lowers morale. Some management do try to tackle these issues but there is a culture of denial and cover ups so it's not easy to tackle.
