Thank you for your suggestions. Covid restrictions during 2020/2021 have made it difficult to operate normally. We have held regular staff meetings by Zoom and as restrictions are eased, normal staff meetings will resume. We always encourage suggestions from the staff team, but not all requests are considered suitable or possible to implement.

Look, the staff I worked with, most of them, I still consider friends. Something about working in stressful conditions really bond's you, I guess. But the higher ups (not the assistant manager tho, she's cool), make it a toxic work place and I dreaded going back every time.
