Poor management and shocking culture
Shocking management, will not listen. I worked for a branch where some absolutely horrific events took place. I would not recommend it at all. Avoid like the plague

Stressful place to work with new boss taking over
Atmosphere changed when a new boss was replaced & not a nice working environment but before the change there was a brilliant atmosphere and excellent team bonding

Fun and productive place to work
I love my job as a property manager. Every day is different and varied this job isnt repetitive in the least every call is different and a learning curve there is a lot of support from staff and management everyone helps each other we have and enjoy a laugh and I can honestly say I feel valued in my role as a property manager with the company

Learnt a lot during the time I was there.felt I could of learnt a lot more for the time I was there but unfortunately poor management got in the way of work
