Countrywide are only interested in maximizing their profits there's little regard for the welfare of their employees, who are all on different pay rates which does not bring people together but only creates resentment and separation this is not teamwork.

Shocking place

No man management. Treat the long standing staff like dirt and expect them to do everything for terrible money..awful place to work. Steer clear. Terrible equipment/Tools hardly any of it works. Manager is known to shout in your face and swear at staff

Face paced and full on

Day to day you have to work hard to keep on top of all your site and once you do that the job becomes easier to manage. Hardest part of the job is getting up early unless you're used to it.
