ok
too many.drivers and not enough work. The work that is available is paid very poor. Sorry so.far with my experience with the CX I would say stay away better opportunities available elsewhere

Not as good as they make it sound
Signing up is great. You pay 1200 quid and you're in.However, 99% of the jobs are paid at the end of the following month. For example, any work you do in October 2022 will be paid on 30th November 22. Sometimes you get paid 45 days from the end of the month.This is OK if you have 10 grand in your bank. You need an ultra expensive insurance, you need money for 2 months of diesel, you need a van, ...

Not a bad company
People slate CX but I’ve had no problems yea the work is slack at the minute but that will pick up soon as the lock down is over. decent company to work for if your thinking about it then my advice would be go for it

Poor work/life balance
Good money to be made but have to put it a large amount of hours which leads to stress and tiredness. Days consist of bidding on delivery jobs via the courier exchange app, proceeding to carry out the job depending of whether the company accepts your quote or not.
