Logistics Manager in Coventry city centre

Good atmosphere
Great place to work. Policy of letting you get on with your job e.g. no micro management. Ideas are considered and implemented if shown to be relevant.

Draining with no purpose or direction
Great to work for at first. Once you feel comfortable, you realise working here is dead-end, mundane, repetitive and stressful with little pay and lack of benefits.

Nice place
Great place to work and lots of opportunities within the Council. In some departments it’s flexi time which is helpful. There are some great managers over certain departments

Gets very crazy very quickly
You never know what is going to happen next with this job. Some days are very quiet, and others absolutely manic. Workload can pretty quickly scale from manageable to overwhelming and the place is pretty understaffed so expect to do tasks that aren't on your job description. The colleagues here are absolutely lovely though.
Adult Tutor in Various

Good management and security
Provides job security, CPD and flexible hours due to nature of teaching role. Needs to do more to help workers advance to higher roles, provide more career progression.
