I have recently accepted a role with Coveris, and my interview process consisted of an informal FaceTime chat, then a face-to-face interview with Hannah, a Recruitment Co-ordinator, followed by an on-site interview with the Office Manager and Office Supervisor. The whole process was positive and went very smoothly. Everyone I met was very friendly and made me feel at ease. At the final interview I was able to shadow an employee already in the role I was being interviewed for, which was a great way to get a feel for the job and the environment I will be working in.
