Nice company, excellent manager. Good territory near home so not far to travel. Good working hours. Promises made though never followed through. Salary very poor- our account was the worse paid. Poor bonus and sometimes not always achievable. They give unrealistic goals.

bullying management . Great merchandisers to work with but loyalty to them from the management fastest finger first wins the job which doesn't enable good merchandisers to work regularly

There is some very talented people working at CPM, unfortunately not a management level. They expect a lot of extra work doing at last minute. No progression for talented, high achievers. Lots of promises that are never kept.Change the rules to suit the situation.Money is very tight. Bonus often held back unfairly. I witnessed many instances of unfair treatment & discrimination. Should have spoken up, but their culture is not a free talking culture. Very behind the times. I would not recommend this company at all.

people in the office are great but the cpm guys who work at Darlaston Asda are terrible. Was thrown in the dumpster fire by a guy who didn't want to train me and berated me for making a simple mistake on my first day.if this is how you treat people on your first and this is the guy you sent to represent your company. i want no part in it.

Great job , to suit you and family , lovely staff always there if you needed them . When I worked there the management team were brilliant and on hand if you needed any questions answered , throughly enjoyed my position there

I was contracted to Disney and did adhoc calls whilst working for CPM and it was the best job ever. Great team, lots of support if needed, ongoing training courses which were generally held away. Fantastic yearly presentation. Team meetings every six weeks. Team incentives. CPM is well known and trusted as a marketing agency and I was proud to work for them.

Cpm is a great company to work for especially if you have a family because the working hours are very flexible. The management is excellent and every staff is teated fairly and equally. There shifts are not contracted but all staffs received holiday payments. The most enjoyable part of the job is, talking to people

Overall they were a company who did not look after their employees. No formal training or support was given to me over the 2 years of service. Management themselves were none supportive. Training itself was very hip-hop meaning no training schedule was given. Training days were cancelled within minutes of starting.

The people make the company rather than the senior management, in the SMT there are a lot of talkers but not a lot of doers. There is a great deal of presue applied to people rather junior but they are not paid fairly for this pressure/expectation. CPM seems to have a tendency to chew people up and spit them out.

Terrible company to work for firstly pay is terrible and 2nd always find an excuse not to pay your bonus hardly anyone on my team got bonus thats why they have such a high staff turnover they cant keep people and they loose such good people due to such bad management its run by two monkeys who havent a clue how to run it,if management was up to scratch then maybe the vodafone account would have a hope.in my opinion Vodafone should of left the account with salessence cause there wasting there time with cpm.my teamleader was more interested in his own sales and awards for selling rather than doing his job that he gets paid for,he hated to see anyone do better than him and if you did that shows him up so they will push you out.the only way you can do better with cpm on the vodafone account is if everyone else is doing terrible.my team leader thought he was the best of the best that there was noone like him he spoke down to us and insulted us alot hes a snake.he should of never gotten the team leader role cause hes no people skills,he wouldn't train a monkey only reason he was promoted was cause of his sales performance and saying that they should of kept him on residential cause hes no manners when it comes to dealing with business people hes too ignorant and pushy.one of his saying really annoyed me and it was so unprofessional it was "yanno what i mean'. He lead the circus on the Vodafone account and told his manger what to do and how things were to be run his way and our manager was a nice man but then changed i wouldnt trust any of them there all out for themselves. Bosses don’t care about the staff! as long as they have people to do demonstrations in stores they are happy. Asda stores are freezing and your standing in one spot for 6 hours at a time you don’t get a uniform or jacket to wear it’s a joke if you ring some of your so called bosses they don’t answer or reply to yoproblems

I worked here from November am still waiting to be paid !! Be prepared to have to do EVERYTHING off your own back. I even had to introduce myself to the team manager through a text message myself. Other staff can be very negative as there is no recognition for performance etc so it is very thankless. I had something stolen from my pocket as there are no lockers for staff and your told to keep everything with you.

learnt customer service skills was creative i enjoyed working with people and staff members at asda really helped me in my people skill. i liked it because it was flexible hours but it was low pay. if they had increased the money for every hour. i would've stayed in the company.
