Typically 11:00-17:30 with a 30 min break but can vary due to the needs of the business. Availability of shifts depends on a number of things such as peak seasonal times, area/stores willing to work in, how many colleagues already in area, size and rating of store etc

The CPM recruiter will give you guidance on how to prepare for interview, as the preparation you will need to do will vary depending on the job you are interviewed for. In general researching who CPM are, understanding the job and having some knowledge about the client / brand you will be representing (if applicable) will help you.
