It was ok while i was there at the start

Fun

Really enjoyable. Great people to work with and bonuses. Great to not have a manager over you all the time, but must admit that the hours are tough especially being on your feet all day.

Flexible work

A good job if you want flexibility and it to fit in with family life. Not always that many hours available and no set hours each week. Paid monthly into your bank.

Not a bad place to work if you like field work

The managers are supportive. There is consistent work and options for additional tactical work if you want. You must be okay with working out on your own in the field. But I enjoy the variety!

This company was fantastic to work nothing was to much trouble the upper management. Great hours Mon- Fri 9-5 no weekends big positive Training and support was brilliant

For the KPI-oriented only

Colleagues are fun to work with, management are toxic (as per the norm for retail). KPIs are unrealistic and the job interferes with your personal life (due to poor organisation and planning skills from management).

Great place to work

Even though its a sales role, management are very supportive and the pay can be very rewarding. I would recommend CPM over other similar companies. The training is top notch aswell.

Excellent Workplace

Enjoy working my weekends here, the team itself are very friendly, managers know how to keep us on our feet and keep us motivated, lots of training to keep you informed and aligned with how to approach and address customers, and they co-ordinate the team really well.

Fair company to work for

Happy until I was made redundant. Fair working hours. Monday to Friday. Supportive manager. Rather tedious work. Being out on the road was enjoyable.

Friendly environment

I have had a very pleasant experience to date with the management very helpful and friendly, I currently cover one store 1 day a week and the store team are very welcoming to. The job is easy with attention to briefs provided a day in hand so less margin for errors the app is straightforward to use whilst completing the call. My only downfall is I don't drive otherwise I would have asked for more work.

Dont recommend

Not a great company to work for, the management in the food sampling part were so thick and rubbish at the job.Too much heavy lifting and being pressured into selling

Truly terrible company

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. It is not worth compromising your mental health for such a truly horrific job. Stay well clear and don't put yourself through it.

Pay was shocking, not enough to live on, hours were ok, staff were OK, management only cared about senior people, low paid people were not important. Not great

Erratic work and poor pay. Not easy to contact either line Manager or head office.

Sadly the company regional area management structure has changed since I joined in 2017. A lot less contact and a lot less work available and no one available to talk to about this. The pay is poor for the responsibilities and the work load is very erratic.

Unorganised and unreliable

This was my first job and I was only young but straight away I noticed that I was not a priority. It was 0hr contract but I barely got any shifts because they were always given to older members of staff instead and when I could get a shift, all the things I needed to work (brief, apron/t-shirt, poster, cleaning products, etc.) hadn’t been looked after or implemented. I wasn’t given a key card to get in and out of the staff canteen/cloak room with a huge stand or even just for lunch so I constantly had to rely on members of staff for the shop I was working in to help me. I didn’t have much interaction with the managers as they worked separately from the demonstrators but I did have to contact them a few times when I moved away to a different city for my studies. They said I’d be able to just switch location on the staff portal online to book shifts wherever I was but this was not the case. It just created a mess and I stopped working there all together. The one positive thing from that job was that my Brand Ambassador/Mentor was extremely lovely and sympathetic towards me being a nervous beginner and my mental disability. Working with the other Demonstrators and Brand Ambassadors was always a treat and it was far better than working alone.

You have to be a professional if you you work for company.

Its good company to work as I believe if you are a hard working person and professional then this company is right place to work.I worked for this company in 2007 2008 and 2009.

Business development

Management isn’t great as can micro manage. There is biased from management to specific team members who get treated better.The HR department are not helpful when a complaint is made against management.
