Encouraging Environment

Clear idea of progression. Annual salary increase for the first 5 years of employment is a plus, including cost of living increases. SAS lead work load is immense and a full year is needed before fully grasping the job. Good

There's plenty of parking on site and a cycle path from Cranfield Village, and there are set hours however there's not many places to eat. And there's no good places to eat at all.
