Not great at all. Although it is advertised with general shifts to be worked with some unsociable hours. Working every Christmas when you have small children. Certain staff always off, mainly team leaders who used their role to give themselves anytime off they needed including holiday periods.

If they are complaining or leaving this speaks volumes and word and mouth are a powerful tool, always be aware of this. If you have a high turnover of staff, you have to ask yourself why and get to the root of the problem or it will continue.

Answered 11 July 2019This company is an absolute joke. It's like the blind leading the blind. Very unprofessional management, even worse seniors. Poor practice and even poorer training. Low staffing levels stay well clear.
