Genuinely listen to staff, they are the ones doing the job. If they are complaining or leaving this speaks volumes and word and mouth are a powerful tool, always be aware of this. If you have a high turnover of staff, you have to ask yourself why and get to the root of the problem or it will continue.

There isn't a 5 day induction week. I had my induction training spread out over a year and a half.

This company is an absolute joke. It's like the blind leading the blind. Very unprofessional management, even worse seniors. Poor practice and even poorer training. Low staffing levels stay well clear.

I was not made aware there is one if there is then it’s a case of if your face fits and if you will follow the sheep, be careful if you know your own mind because as soon as you disagree with a management instruction that’s unethical the writing is on the wall
