I only refer to my department, but they should hire proper boss. Although Credit Suisse is a global company, the way things are done in the department is very old Japanese manner. He couldn't even speak proper English or read cashflow model.

You can successfully work from home and they allow people to work flexibly if they are in a global team. After all, you need to be able to speak to people in the US and SGP regions.
