Not good but could be worse
Not the best company. If you want to get your 4 days off on your 4 on 4 off contract u might as well say bye bye as you will be gone in no time. Dont expect any praise or thankyou as you are just a number to them. On the plus side... you never see them they only show up when theres an issue.

I am still at Croma Vigilant and I have been there for nearly a year and half, I am enjoying it. I would stay here as long as I can but if something good does come my way I do not mind going for it.

Good company to work, a lot of work, good salary rates. Flexible hours to work, good training, learned a lot, they keep you busy, good locations to work .
