Work-life balance

Courier Driver in Birmingham, West Midlands
on 21 September 2017
Efficient and Capable, yet friendly
Working with Crown as a driver has gotten better and better over the last few years. Great contracts offering varied work has kept me as busy as I want to be yet still able to take time away when needed without any problems. Their app is one of the best ive used so no need to carry hand held pda's which often break down and its always great talking to the staff in the office.

Customer Service Advisor in Tamworth, Staffordshire
on 8 October 2019
No accountability
Having worked for the company for a while, the best thing was the money. Management in the office have no knowledge of how the business operates and simply think that they can change how things work without thinking about how it affects the drivers or customers. If anyone makes a mistake then management attempt to find a scapegoat to ensure that they don’t have to admit any errors to the company director The majority of Controllers speak to drivers like they are something unpleasant that they stood in, while Customer Service are left to pick up the pieces. Stay away as they are poison

on 13 May 2019
typical day was to wait for a phone call from the office then to proceed usually to Heathrow airport area and collect a package and drive to the destination
