I would visit the trust first and call the interviewer before considering to apply. It is a shame that the organisation is being let down by management.

Great environment, busy but orderly
Excellent teams work in tandem at CUH. Despite being a busy DGH, within the kings college and st George's catchment area, staff are usually well organised and with younger, more energetic consultants as departmental leads, this hospital has come a long way.
