Getting your pay is a problem

Really enjoyed the place I was working The problems start when I gets to pay day 1. You never receive your wage without having to call and ask for it! 2. They try paying you short every month and because you don’t ever receive a pay slip it’s hard to prove otherwise 3.when asked why pay is short you get blanked! 4. No uniform provided (bit annoying when you get bleach on your clothes

Thankyou for your review. We will take onboard your comments and look into seeing if we can improve on any areas you have raised. We do however provide all our employees with wage slips and pay all employees which are permanent on a monthly basis which we inform of the date when you start so there shouldn’t be any chasing of wages.If you wish to call our offices always assist you. I’m sorry your employment as a cleaner didn’t work out with us.

don't bother with this company

I wouldn't bother with this company. it's all take take take over worked big time under payed they get you to work all bank holidays including Christmas no extra pay

Iv worked for crystal clean for over 3 years now and loved every minute good company to work for very understanding all the staff are very easy going and down to earth more like friends now rather than bosses what is so much better

Well looked after

I have worked for Crystal Clear for over 12 months and they have been great. The pay is really good and I get wage slips emailed to me every month and materials are delivered when requested although sometimes a bit delayed.No issues here would recommend to others

Really Disorganised Company

Really disorganised company. No contract of employment, no adherence to COSHH regulations. As soon as I started had to request products several times. Underpaid the first month, had to chase it up. 'MD' rude and arrogant. Glad its over and have found work with a proper cleaning company.

Excellent for an experienced window cleaner

I've only recently joined this company.Very welcoming, extremely organised and the high standards are set from the all the management team.Not your "typical" national company.

Pros

Good hourly rate. You do earn it. Excellent management team.

Well managed company

I really enjoy working for a crystal Clear and vice worked for this company for about 5 years.I always get paid ontime for the hours I work each month and I feel valued and have a wage slip emailed to me.Would definitely recommend this company to others who are looking for work in cleaning

I have worked for Crystal Clear for over7 years and they are always been managed well and very helpfully too me The pay a good wage as well which is normally more the most other companies I worked for. Always received a wage slip too. No issues here would recommend

Awful

Worked for this company for a very very long time and at first, wages were kind of ok. Stock was never right or never turned up so had to buy our own products to clean. The "MD" is rude, doesn't speak to his workers in a polite manner. Expects you to ONLY work for him. He doesn't care if u have other engagements planned as he expects unto drop everything for him. Wages pd wrong and always asking for wage slips..

We do however provide all our employees with wage slips and cleaning materials when required usually on a monthly basis. If you wish to call our offices we can resolve this matter for you quite easily. I’m sorry your employment as a cleaner didn’t work out with us but we are looking for more reliable cleaners that are committed to our company.

Professional outfit

I worked for Crystal Clear Hygiene for nearly 9 years. I found them to be a breath of fresh air compared to the other cleaning companies who treat you as nobody. I was always paid on time and had holidays if I believe 28 days a year. My wages were paid monthly and I received a wage slip, although sometimes they were slightly late but nothing major. My hourly rate was also very good which is why I choose to work for them. I would recommend working for this company.

I have worked for Crystal Clear Since For 3 years They are a pleasant company to work for and well managed by their team of management. I clean a large office and whenever I need help it’s only a phone call away Good wages and a good company Keep it up guys

Questionable company

Something very wrong with this company. Forever chasing wages.Always wrong and never pays on time. Either very late, next day or several days later. Forever chasing stock orders. Then says it was never ordered. No wage slips. No uniform ,No contract, no references required ,No holiday cover and no explanations After almost 3 stressful years no option but to leave..

I have been cleaning for Crystal Clear for a few years now. They are a good company to work for, pay a good wage and always helpful when I need anything materials can be a bit slow Arriving sometime but a good place to work

Very very poor management

Dreadful company, the worse I've ever come across. Rude and very very unprofessional management. No interview, no letter of job offer, no contaract, no confirmation to say about the job role, pay or holidays. Also not shown properly about the job, just left to it with no communication from management. Very very bad management.
