Crystal EV charging Employee Reviews

Crystal has been a great opportunity for me to start a career in the EV industry. I have learnt a lot from the team and have been able to progress with frequent performances reviews that enable me to succeed. We often were brought lunch on fridays and there were always drinks in the fridge. It could be stressful at times but also rewarding. Hardest part can be managing the engineers on the day but this has allowed me to gain great experience in project management.

Great place to work

I couldn’t be happier working at Crystal. Management are always there to help you, and the rest of the office team are brilliant. The company always looks at promoting within, which is great for career development. The CEO is great, and treats staff very well with lunches and outings which is great for team bonding. I’ve never been happier working for such a great company and feel very secure in my jobThe EV side of the business is growing rapidly with new opportunities always arising. A fantastic place to work.

Excellent place to get stuck in

I enjoyed my time here - it was educational and has certainty increased my skill set. Co works are excellent and supportive. Culture can be hectic at times as the business is ever evolving

Awful place to work

Great place to work if you enjoy driving all over the country doing 12 or more hours and only getting paid for 8. If you love being bullied by the management again this is the place for you. This place will mess with your head avoid.
