Having experienced working for csg it is plain to see there ego is bigger than there faith in there security personnel. They are more Interested In profits than there loyal staff . They are constantly told they should be happy they have a job. Even through the covid 19 virus .

Worst Company Ever
Area Manager (Former Employee) - North East - 6 February 2020
This company is by far the worst I have ever worked for in my entire work life.
They do things completely illegally, they constantly make empty promises to their employees and all their clients when they truly don't care about any of them along as they get paid your just disposable.
They steal from their clients by promising supplies they never receive but claiming the money for them still, I know this through the work I had to do here by ordering cleaning supplies, food supplies, etc. They didn't have a VAT number for 6 months yet still claimed every penny their clients payed.
They expect all their staff to bend over backwards for them but when asked for a favour back they don't know the meaning of the word, on top of that if anything were to go wrong they would blame it all on the staff members rather then take responsibility for their mistake so that it makes the company look good. For example I was told to lie to a client about a member of staff resigning. I had to say they never turned up to a HR meeting and we had to dismiss them with immediate affect due to there unprofessional manner.
This company is literally stealing from every client they have, seriously don't work for this company you will regret it I promise.
Seriously stay away from this company whether your looking for a job or you are a company looking for cleaning/catering/vending service.

Casual security steward
Casual Security Steward (Former Employee) - Manchester - 11 December 2019
Great company to work for. Friendly staff and approachable, effective supervisors. You are restricted to match days but hard work there pays off. Further training courses available.
They even feed and water you if you work long shift!

Friendly and supportive workplace with a great work atmosphere, however, lack of challenge in job role and unfortunately very little opportunity and space to progress.

When I worked here if was a really fun place to work, the colleagues were easy to get along with and I just needed more hours. It was a very productive work space.
Pros

Straight forward and easy
Working for CSG was a great experience. Sadly I had to leave due to back issues busy during my time I enjoyed it. However they are not good with sick day, I had the sick bug and said I was unable to come into work. This was my first sick day I called in and my boss threaded to fire me if it happened again. So I was scared that I would get sick again and be sacked but had to resign a few months after anyway
Pros
Free beverages at break time
Cons
Break time was only 10 minuets
