School holidays off.

The job is very straight forward but bad management makes things very complicated I wouldn’t recommend them as CT Plus Is just a company that dose not treat you the same way as the Hammersmith council would. People on the old contract of the council CT Plus try’s to get rid of them as they know there on better paid then people that are employed by CT Plus.

Normal work place

. Small company . Friendly team . Short hours , but overtimes are available . Shift starts and finish in the depot . Management are not so flexible but enough friendly .

CTplus Guernsey, as a whole is ok to work for, its not a career company due to the island housing licence limitation. The bus company pays well, but your working 70 hrs a week plus. you can easily earn over 50k if you put the hrs in. The island itself is very small and very boring. Really poor to work for, if you’re thinking of applying, don’t!!

Buses are in a poor state of repair, they are hardly ever washed. Management haven’t got a clue how to run a bus company or speak properly to staff. All in all a very poor place to work. I would not recommend.
