I work for Cumber for 8 months now, and I don't have any complaints, the pay is fair and on time, and I work normal working hours as a cook, no drama, this job gives me purpose and satisfaction that I didn't find anywhere else before.

Was told when I signed up that they have a lot of work in Colchester but I am yet too do any shifts in Colchester having to travel at least 15 miles from my address no travelling time or petrol paid, on the plus side easy sign up higher rates than most agency and easy booking system Flexible hours no pressure too do shifts

It’s amazing to work with them.Contact them by email or on WhatsApp, but they’ve got the most horrible habit of not replying to messages.Sometimes they cheat you on your pay.Also the shifts are really not frequent, you can’t work with the agency alone. xx

Very rude approach to staff. not recommended at all

I had an opportunity to associate with this recruitment agency. Frankly speaking I never had such worst experience ever in my career. recruiting staffs are really rude in approach. I do not recommend this company to anyone to associate. They have no respect for people.

Terrible selection process

I applied yesterday, today I receive a message that they call me, they do it quickly. First filter, a very professional, clear guy who asks a lot of questions. Fantastic. Then they pass you with the "recruiter": the same questions again, speaking too fast and difficult to understand, not interested or professional at all. A stupid question about if you are willing to travel more than an hour to work, I ask what to travel how? car, bus, train, walking... She just repeats the question 3 more times, just to fill up the form. Finally I finished the call, if you don't listen you can't have a conversation, terrible experience. After almost half an hour nothing clear, no concrete offers to work. A waste of time.
