Wellbeing Worker in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset
on 10 February 2022
Supportive members of staff, good flexibility with hours, rewarding role however there's always a lot to take on in terms of casesload and intensity.
Not a bad place to work at all, helpful colleagues, great bonuses and flexibility. Though it can be stressful at times as there is a quota to meet and some cases can be more complex. Screen time is another negative due to the amount of admin needed to complete for company numbers. Senior Surveyor in Bath, Somerset

Awful place to work
I ended up leaving through no fault of my own just management had it in for me!! They spend an obscene amount of money on a Christmas party and allow people to rot in mould ridden homes. They concentrate more on their shiny new builds instead of investing in existing stock!! It’s such a shame as it could be a great place to work.Support Worker in Weston-super-Mare

Extremely cliquey and unpleasant
I was initially inspired by the values they published but later realised that this is definitely a company that talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk! It's all about numbers and KPIs, when it should be about people. I advise against joining this company.Director in Bath

Excellent employer with a solid purpose
Great employer, provides progression and training and development opportunities. Colleagues make the place so amazing, all want to do the right thing for the customer and strive to make a difference every dayOperative worker in Bath

Good company, bad managers
They use the values they advertise only according to the managers' interests, and not the staff. If manager doesn't like you/think well of you, they'll find a thousands ways to make tour life difficult and force you into quiting. There are cliques within the company and if you dont belong to any, it will ve the worst job you could ever do and your days will be numbered in there. You will never find justice in this company. What would you say about your employer?
