On the application form we ask for information like your contact details, email address and CV, so it’s a good idea to have all this to hand. Step 2 – Telephone Interview If your application is successful you will receive a telephone call from our recruitment team to take part in a telephone interview. The telephone interview gives us the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of your experience and skills. It also gives you the chance to ask us any questions regarding the role. Step 3 – The Interview If you are successful at the telephone interview, we’ll invite you to attend a face to face assessment centre. The assessment may include the following stages: Introduction to CXP Ice breaker exercise Skills based testing One to one interview We’ll be keen to explore your interest in the role, your fit with our values and the key skills needed for the role. Where you can you should look to provide evidence of your core competencies by quoting examples of when, why and how you have demonstrated certain skills in the past. This lets our interviewers quickly assess your fit for the role. Also, to allow us to progress your application quickly it is critical you bring supporting documentation like your passport, which verifies your right to work in the UK and driving licence or bank statement, which verifies your current address.
