There are varied shifts, but most are 12 hour shifts. Usually there is a 2 week rota - staff will work 3 days then have 4 off and the following week work 4 days have 3 off. Please note we are happy to look at part time hours too.

Terrible, management do not care about staff or service users. Always short staffed leaving people in danger. Staff have no clue about health conditions that service users have. No support and managers/team leaders play favourites

Yes and i would say they would pick people off the street to work there.But be aware they have an enormous turnover of staff.
