Warehouse Operative in Castleford

Not the worst but not great
Monday - Friday shifts set a plus, rotating shift patterns lates - early makes planning things a struggle. Competitive pay rates however too many managers to do what seems like not a lot. Work not overly demanding if you don’t mind being on your feet for 7.5 hours like most warehouse work.Turnaround Coordinator in Bristol Airport

Outdoors regardless of weather - great job
Fun, fast paced, demanding for 25/30 mins at a time. Must be able to work as a team and communicate with a variety of people using a variety of methods quickly.Evening coordinator in Lichfield, Staffordshire

Not bad
Not too bad but make you redundant all the time. People are ok can be abit clicky at times But would recommend apart from the redundancy issue all the time.Customer Service Advisor in Home Based

Too much emphasis on selling!
The procedures and practices made it impossible to give good customer service and help the companies customers without breaking the rules. Management were more interested in your selling capabilities than treating existing customers well. Staff were unable to take breaks etc without notifying management and chided if they were 30seconds late getting back to the queue of calls that seemed endless. What would you say about your employer?
