Fairly nothing as its mostly a very fair and loving company yet maybe the salary on some jobs could vary a little less or more...
Listen to employees so loyal and dedicated employees can be kept for the betterment of the company…because DHL is a worldwide company
Get rid of all management as thy are all bully's

Say what you mean. Mean what you say Don't lie about 3 months and a job is yours then let you go 1week before the 3 months saying their is no work. ONLY to see your job being advertised the day after. I applied for it again (for a joke. Just to wind them up) but was told it was a mistake sorry , then being told by someone I knew that he was starting at DHL Bury 3 days after I was finished ( not just me 6 others) and 2 days after being told the add was a mistake. The only mistake is THAT people in companies that use agencies DONT give a Flying Dingleberry about agency workers. We are there to be used and unethically dumped in the bin So many desperate people looking for work, individuals can't compete with money in big companies thinking.
External recruits to know their job including supervisors and managers before barking orders or assuming that’s how “things” are done also when a new VP comes into the warehouse be normal don’t start flexing your “management muscles” for no reason but to impress as it makes staff dislike and show no loyalty to the company and you if you want employees with speed, can do attitude, right first time etc motivate and work hard along side them instead of watching them and whispering to the supervisor saying sort this or that out guidance is key a lot of senior supervisors have lost their touch and let their roles go to their head even though they have worked their way up in the company and most importantly do not act like someone is beneath you
