Sometimes challenging having to go back on yourself, they don’t like you to go back with parcels and they don’t like you missing collections even if it’s beyond your control. Can sometimes have others work dumped on you without consideration for your work load. Rarely get breaks so can usually get an hour out of you for free but they ask you record a break even if you don’t actually get one.
