Management have no minerals when faced with issues, easier to let good staff go.

Management are shocking don't bother applying for a job they will be losing the contract very soon also if Ur a good worker they expect more out of you while the lazy twats get away with murder. Wages are also a problem like getting blood out of stone

No support from management to progress further. Moving goal posts all the time on appraisals and not rewarding you for your hard work.

Working over contracted hours each week and not getting the reward . Also manager support little or no support , take take take with nothing in return
Because your self employed but have to work for someone that takes half what they pay you. TNT is much better.
