Empresa muy responsable a la hora de pagar , aporta toda ropa y elementos de seguridad. Empresa muy atenta al empleado efectivo . Y la paga es buena . Me encantó lastima q trabaje para ellos pero por agencia cosa totalmente diferente la agencia no pagaba en terminó y siempre nos faltaba plata en las horas un desastre la agencia.

Pago en terminó, obra social y jefes muy buen trato a sus suberdinados.
Cons
Trabajar por agencia no es bueno, mejor trabajar para DHL

Managers are rude and don't know what they are doing, also many times wages not right ,also carry people as they were lazy and always on their mobile phones when should of not of been

A good place to start in SCM/Logistics/Warehousing

Well-regarded international company. Lots of room to advance in operations locally. If willing to relocate, upward mobility opportunity increases. Steady work. Reasonable pay as an MHE operator. Nothing fantastic but has its advantages and opportunities.

As far as forklift jobs go, this one is great! Though expect to do some order picking by hand and by that I mean picking layers off pallets and building them yourself!

It’s good pay better than most low end jobs. Ty environment is nice and clean. They have tons of cool people to talk to. I like my department and even going to other departments. It’s not hard and easy to learn when your coworkers show you the ropes

Opportunity to learn and advance, inclusive and open culture, constantly giving food and gifts to employees, incentives for voluntary overtime. Timely feedback. The only complaint I have is that HR/ recruitment needs to be better.

Frustrating

DHL starts out good until they pull the curtain back, for the drivers it’s great you can get away with whatever because the union will always take your side. But when it comes to management there is little to no training, the environment is very toxic and there is too much drama. As part of the management team you’re one of the lowest paid people in the building and good luck having a social life or family life. You’re expected to work 12-14 hours a day and if you don’t it is verbalized in a very belittling manner and turnover is very high. I would bot recommend it.

DHL doesn't start you out as a material handler like a lot of other forklift jobs do at least at the Clayton location very easy job easy to hit rate just mandatory OT every week so be prepared for that.

This job will have you thinking you are doing an amazing job have you thinking your numbers are good to be hired on they will force you to VTO when there is no work and be careful with that you just might lose your job afterwards they have favorites at this job and will continue to move you around have you thinking this is good you learning all of the departments just to have you fail and kick you out of their establishment .Don't get comfortable at this job you may be there short term depends on if they like you this is in Atlanta Union City area. P.S at least they had music playing ..
