Booking Coordinator in Manchester, Greater Manchester

Fast Paced
Very fast paced. Wage was low for the amount of work to be done. Micro management was intense. But good scope for career progression if you put the work in, and good recognition for employees. Interpreter in Glasgow, Glasgow

Messy services with a lot of cancellations without informing or proper payment for interpreters.
Lots of on arrival cancellations, the helpline is not always helpful and sometimes have no clue about the situation. The booking team never cares about you. They just want you take as many bookings as possible. Booking information sometimes gets messed up and interpreters ended up arriving and finding out that there was no appointment. Such a waste of time just to clame payment for those appointments. Feedbacks to management teams never got replied. Very unfair policies for interpreters. Low pay, poor service
I have been working for DA as an interpreter. I'd say avoid this place; even though they offer a lot of jobs payment is often low, service from the help-desk is poor. They'll be fast to sign you in but good luck getting anyone on the line when you have an issue.Administrative Assistant in Manchester

Environmental review.
Nice office environment to work in. Very fast paced. Room for development dependent on which area you want to work in. Friendly staff. Helpful colleagues.Interpreter in London
