What advice would you give the CEO of Damira Dental Studios about how to improve it?

  • Work on management, hire experienced managers .

  • Maybe be kind to staff, treat people how you wish to be treated and sort out your practice management and the employees you have working for you. Andover practice is quite honestly the worse place I’ve ever worked and Anoushka played a part in it being the worst place to work.

  • Went for an interview to become a trainee dental nurse, got my hopes put up massively at the Interview, then got told I would hear back the following day, it’s been weeks now and I’ve not heard a word. Emailed twice and phoned up twice and no one even has the decency to respond to me. It’s just plain rude!!

  • Provide better communication. People spend time coming to interviews and not one person had the decency to let people know they were successful

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
