So far so good
Train Cleaner (Current Employee) - Ramsgate, Kent - 14 June 2023
Overall good things to say, staff seem friends and pay is quite good, especially if you count the fact that it is £13 an hour and weekly pay. Hours are also good being 9pm - 5am, 5 days a week.

Great extra benefits
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) - Reading, Berkshire - 30 May 2023
Was already impressed by the culture and support presented during my interview but blown away after i started. Lots of training and touching base to ensure you're ok, and all sort of additional benefits and trips that I didn't know about until i started. I was already very happy with the package and commission but wow, thank you!
Pros
Bonus structures, lots of trips, vitality healthcare
Cons
Recruitment can be tough sometimes but i appreciate the team work and support!

Helpful
Labourer (Current Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 7 March 2023
Great Agency, always helpful in finding local work. They always go above and beyond in making sure you stay in work and have something else lined up once the project is finished

The worst agency.
Labourer (Former Employee) - Reading, Berkshire - 31 January 2023
Managers and office workers cheat, they could never solve any problem, they have difficulty communicating with each other. they talk about changes in the regulations during work, not before it starts.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Umbrella payment

It's a call centre
Self Employed (Former Employee) - Sidcup, Greater London - 5 January 2023
Agency that works by misleading people and not giving them the correct information when it is required. Unfortunately they work on commission based and will tell you anything to get you to sign with them. Very sad and very damaging for the work force and the people that they sign. Please avoid at all cost

Cons

Not the best place to work
Cleaner (part-time) (Former Employee) - Grantham - 28 October 2022
Not the best place to work This company is always struggling with keeping staff and have no idea of what job roles they are placing you in I found myself having to work out my wages on a weekly basis just to make sure they pay me correctly and still every week calling them to fix my wages after they skipped paying me 2-3 days wages
Pros
Weekly pay
Cons
Bad management

Use as a last resort
I paf. Operation (Current Employee) - Lowestoft - 2 March 2022
Used to be great then went massivly down hill. Will say anything including offering pay rates that they have zero intentions of honouring to get people on a job.

It’s a employment agency offering jobs for construction industry.
General Labourer (Former Employee) - London - 25 January 2022
A construction site can be very challenging place and they are different form each other. The work as a labourer can vary from site to site. A large scale Projects to a very small projects. From demolition to a new build. From delivery and off load to cleaning toilets. And other welfare facilities.
Pros
Very flexible and 0hr work
Cons
Not for longer term.
