How do you feel about going to work at Darwin Escapes each day?

If your face fits, then you will be ok. Policies in place are not adhered to dependant on who you are. For example family members not to report directly to each other. However the Ops Director has his wife reporting to him - says it all. Reputation was very good quite a few years ago hence why I joined, now it’s very different and not in a good way. Minimum wage for all line employees, benefits poor - can stay twice at a discounted rate per year, bear in mind the dates are extremely strict, not to stay in a new developed park also in first year of opening, so very few are approved.
