Sales (Current Employee) - North West - 22 February 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe e learning training is good which helps along the way but initial trading is zero. Some of the end products of house are really bad and some are really good. It Varys from site you site. The structure and procedures are good also and the compliance side of things.
Pros
Some colleagues
Cons
Senior management don’t really care and expect unrealistic targets.

Stressful, pressurised culture
Sales Advisor (Former Employee) - East Midlands - 7 June 2022
The management are extremely domineering ‘micro managers’. Working for this company as a sales advisor is stressful and pressurised. Very sales and profit driven culture with little concern for the well being of employees.

Demanding with lots of training and procedural culture
Senior Sales Advisor (Former Employee) - East Midlands - 12 April 2017
Aspirational culture, the company excels in its support and training and its attentions to procedures and customer satisfaction focus, can be a competitive environment due to the amount of management training on offer some can be disappointed as manager positions can take a while to become available.

tendency to micro manage
