Productive and satisfying
Helping the community with day to day or even long standing issues making each day a satisfying and productive experience. The staff are alway helpful and are like one big family helping eachother when times get tough and when work piles up nobody slacks off so the jobs is always done by the end of the day.Warehouse Operative in Croydon, Greater London

Great place to work if you enjoy being treated like a prisioner.
Worked here for a while, and mh experience was awful. The supervisor was beyond rude, and I was treated differently from the rest of the staff because I was new. For a company that claims to be family oriented, they sure loved to have their favourites and treat people differently. I wouldn't recommend this company at all, there are better companies that offer better salaries with better staff.Pharmacist in Various

Very unfair place to work at
Bad management all over the place. They blame the others always. Pushing their people while others unhappy and fed up.
Not nice people. One of the managers is dangerous and aggressive.Support office worker in Croydon

Hmmm its ok depending on the role you go for!
Would give a 2.5 overall rating out of 5 stars. Not the best employer for pay overall but, definately a nice family-esque environment to work in at HQ.
Opportunities to move up are probably only available and worth the time for those already at or starting at a low level (e.g the minimum wage per hour workers) - Forget it if you're already going in to the support office on more than £25k!. Good place for youngsters starting out, not so much for those already with an established career path and still wanting to progress up.
Benefits are pretty basic - not bad but, nothing really special either. What would you say about your employer?

Interview questions
Was I going to stay and invest time and energies in building a rewarding career and offering them some consistency in a department which had been haemorrhaging people due to 'cultural' differences and department chaos.
