I worked here for 7 months this year during lockdown etc , this company really look after their staff , they were lovely to work for and I miss the laughs we shared . I moved for money as that's what counts but met some lifelong friends there. HR are awesome , very quick if ever you need them even in this crisis .thanks for everything DDCOS it was fun .
Working from home
Was working here a few years ago, my son was taken ill and in hospital very serious so I had 3 days off, I got a voicemail from management to not come back and they will be sending me a bill for my pass, I had passed probation also so no excuse for this.. Avoid at all cost cos if your face don't fit they don't like u
Very good place to work, you don't feel under pressure and are valued as an employee. It is a very welcoming environment and help is always there when you need it, there are a lot of benefits and rewards for efforts and good behaviour. You can have a laugh and get on with work at the same time. Pay is very good and increases on performance. Everyone here are friends and easy to get along with. All round an amazing place to work.
good pay, fun and able to have a laugh, free drinks monday / saturday. Brilliant christmas party.
Gets hot in the summer - we get ice lollies and air con for this!
The management style is suited more to young salesmen in pointed shoes than a middle aged woman so I did feel rather out of place. The work itself is great. I really enjoyed the customer service side of the role. Made some good friends and moved on to better things.
Sorting out customers problems.
Has a very 'young' employee base.
Fun challenging work environment. A mix of old and young colleagues from all backgrounds. Offer sales to customer service and some back office work. Management Team are good at dealing with bad eggs and those that cause issues. Lots of promotions opportunities for team managers roles. Some poor managers who think it's ok to have chats in a car park that properly. Call centre training was hit and miss.
Free gym, free hot drinks, overtime
my job involved sorting mail for various clients i learned how to work on a fast production line i learned how to manage myself as i worked with co workers very close if one finished before the other we would help each other out the hardest part of the job was working to dead lines the thing i enjoyed was it was in a fixed address no driving
soical work hours
it was only a temp position
The management is competant and willing to help new employees like myself, my co-workers were very friendly, job quotas and guidelines were clearly stated and supplied. Organization and Data Entry was ingrained into us on the first days of training, and by the end of our employment we were almost always hitting, and exceeding our work quotas by a large margin. It's repetitive work but it's not strenuous or difficult, it's a very good place to start for people looking for a career in data management
Friendly Supervisors, On Site Parking
