Productive and fun place

Lots to do to get together as a group with activities throughout the year No working from home regardless of being office based and everyone has to wear a uniform Friendly staff

awful management

the other employees working with you are decent but the management is so godawful. nobody tells you how to do anything and their scheduling system is so backwards. got a crush on one of the guys there tho.

It’s an OK place to work.

Depending on your career aspirations De Vere can be a good and secure place to work but it is a high pressure and high performing environment. The work life balance can be poor but it is about setting boundaries early on and not trying to please everyone and show off.

Fast paced, rewarding & collaborative working environment

I have worked in a number of De Vere hotels & venues and its a supportive and enjoyable place to work. All colleagues & managers work together collaboratively to deliver a great service for guests, but also for employees too. Its a fast paced and rewarding environment to work in, with regular colleague events which creates a fun and exciting environment.

Was a good place to work and a nice relaxing environment to come to work too everyday. The work is easy, just stacking shelves and sorting stock. Would recommend
