Customer related scenario questions
They assked me how would i deal with a situation if there was any cleaning products spilt near and products is the shop and how would i clean it up. They also asked me about my team skills towards other staff workers.
What can you bring to the company
Be prepared to answer the general questions about teamwork, handling customer complaints, good customer service and prioritising tasks. Also be prepared to answer questions about how you might sell certain meals and up-sell seasonal items on the menu.
Why do you want to work for Debenhams? Are the hours the enough.
Too many. The interview procedure compared to the pay and job is outrageous. I suppose I should've seen the warning signs, to be fair.
