Stressful and Draining
Incredibly stressful. Keep dumping new and often demanding jobs on us and getting annoyed when they're not done right away to a perfect standard. Feels like the second we climb out of the deep end they shove us back in again. Also we get told one thing whilst store managers often get told the other, so usually have to argue with them on how things are meant to be done. There have also been times when things outside our job description will be dumped on us because "Nutmeg will do it."Only benefits are getting paid and if you have nice co-workers. We don't even get a discount on the clothes we put out and re-merch every week, so I don't know how they expect us to be happy and motivated to work there.

Too much work for too little pay and allocated hours No work/life balance exists within this company I wouldn’t go back for £95 p/h never mind working for minimum wage!!!The amount of stock and tasks there are to carry out is ridiculous! Not told the full extent of work at interview

OK for minimum wage
Minimum wage pay, depending on the supervisor at your place, maybe not minimum wage work. Can be stressful for a lot of work sometimes, management doesn't seem to listen often and everyone else gets stuck with the mass deliveries and deadlines. Also might need to work against the supermarket managers if they don't like that way you're supposed to do things.

The most f*ucked up place you can work at
DO NOT work for this company, literally they will drain you to the core and give zero empathy. No team works and make you work separately. JUST A BUNCH OF CU*TS.

Hard work for no rewards
Very stressful, millions of jobs to do first area manager was great so supportive. 2nd was not so good. Long hours some unsociable. Not enough money for everything you were expected to do.
