It was my first job EVER...I loved management,what i did,who I worked with and everything else....there is room for growth and development...I got paid weekly so it made it easier to survive

Mangentment havnt got a clue, they tell you one thing and get told another so communication is poor. Demanding, always on the go but better factory I've worked in than others.
