7.5 tonne driver (Current Employee) - Warwick - 8 November 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedThe days off / rota is moved or not uploaded so you can’t see any changes. The interviewer wasn’t clear about the working pattern. It’s 5/6 day outfit. You always get Sunday off but your not guaranteed 2 days in a row off and when your starting at 5 am you need the rest. Your on salary but they take a week in hand off you, which is unusual. They say that you are required to wear a uniform and then charge you for it. I can’t recommend working here. The drivers are a good bunch though.
Pros
The drivers
Cons
You may find yourself having to go to bed at 8pm 7 days a week

Multi Drop Delivery Driver (Current Employee) - -refuse to say what depot due to repercussions - 23 September 2021
Never trust them they will lie to your face work your legally entitled break. They don't pay you what you work. I've seen some drivers load up and never put a digi card in until they leave the yard. They expect you to work for free only pay until 1.30 pm. Avoid at all costs, hence the HIGH turnover of staff. They lie to your face !
Pros
Clocking out.
Cons
Long hours, not paid for what you work and clocking in.

A great company to work for with friendly, approachable staff.
Account Manager (Current Employee) - Cramlington, Northumberland - 15 March 2021
Delifresh Ltd is a great company to work for. They are passionate about people and the industry which shows through their treatment of employees and customers alike. It's a larger company with a family feel and very approachable management. Whilst Covid has been present for a large part of my time here, it has highlighted just how adaptable and flexible they are. I have been kept informed frequently and very much feel a part of the team. I am excited for my future with Delifresh and the prospects it gives me for both my career and as a person. I'd like to think I'll be with them for a long time.
Pros
Approachable management and staff, Great work/ life balance, Excellent pay and benefits
Cons

8 June 2021Thank you for taking the time to let you know about your experience with Delifresh, joining during the pandemic is challenging but we are happy that despite this you feel part of the team and we also hope you will be with us for many, many years to come
Hard work, which is rewarded. Extremely fast paced but shifts are always different and time flies!
Warehouse (Current Employee) - Cramlington, Northumberland - 12 March 2021
I've worked for Delifresh for nearly 10 years and have been suitably rewarded for my efforts. The company have been fast changing with coping with their growth pre Covid and post Covid, have adapted incredibly well to focussing on home deliveries which has no doubt resulted in the vast majority of the work force retaining their jobs. Good bonus scheme, you turn up for your shift, don't take any sick days and receive up to £100 per month, can't say fairer than that.
Pros
Nights out, staff discount, uniform, health scheme, a HR dept which is employee focussed.
Cons
Hard workat times, which is only a con if you don't like work!!

Not the best company to work for. A large turn over of employees
HGV Driver (Former Employee) - Bradford - 17 July 2020
Not very well organised company. Give the big spiel how employees really matter and it's one big family but this is not so. Management not a very strong team.
Pros
Early start early finish
Cons
Poor salary for the work load

Fantastic company
customer service night manager (Current Employee) - Bradford, West Yorkshire - 9 February 2020
I have recently had my 1 year anniversary with Deli-fresh and what a year it has been, i have been promoted twice with salary increase at both stages. Its a great company to work for if you are willing to learn and work hard. Management are fantastic at all levels and stop and talk whenever they see you. If you ever need anything they will take time and sit down and talk to you as a person. Overall a brilliant company and one that i can see myself with for many years to come

Driver (Current Employee) - Bradford, West Yorkshire - 29 September 2017
Delifresh - Is a private organisation which aims to reward those who are willing to make a difference and are prepared to put customer satisfaction at the forefront of each working day. The management put every effort into working as one team and frequently take the time to engage with its employees on business change and performance. The hardest parts of this job are the early starts and the physicality which comes with any food service business. Their recent salary adjustments moves this company above the regional / national average for this type of work, and more than compensates for these challenges.
Pros
Monthly Bonus based on individual performance
Cons
Chef's who think these are Gordon Ramsey
