Work-life balance

Sales Business Manager, EMEA Commercial Sales Operations in UK

Great. Love it
It’s dynamic culturally open and a great company to work for perks are great and salary’s rewarding hard work at times but that’s what I liked great people

Interesting Place to work
I would say the overall ethos of the company work culture is good. It all depends what team you join in the company and also what department you're in. But I saw some teams were very collaborative and had good advancement prospects. Others you were stuck and it was hard to move. The benefits are OK. The flexibility to work from home was the main plus.

Potentially could be great
Its a company which has good people but unfortunately is massively let down by the management who only look after the bottom line rather than focusing on the employees or contractors. It's shame that they don't recognise delivery of successful projects.
Principal Engineer in Home Based
on 10 March 2020
I would not recommend this company to anyone, the pay is ok but that's it. Home based working is well resourced and you sometimes have to go into the main office
Brand Representative in Essex

IT and Customer based role
Its a great way to express your love for technology. Giving people advice on a variety of laptops to suit their needs. Typical day at work is ensuring the laptops are turned on, cleaned ready for customers to get hands on. Management it very supportive and friendly right off the bat its instant trust with one another. The hardest part is when stock levels are low hard to sell anything.
