I would say the overall ethos of the company work culture is good. It all depends what team you join in the company and also what department you're in. But I saw some teams were very collaborative and had good advancement prospects. Others you were stuck and it was hard to move. The benefits are OK. The flexibility to work from home was the main plus.
Its a company which has good people but unfortunately is massively let down by the management who only look after the bottom line rather than focusing on the employees or contractors. It's shame that they don't recognise delivery of successful projects.
Its a great way to express your love for technology. Giving people advice on a variety of laptops to suit their needs. Typical day at work is ensuring the laptops are turned on, cleaned ready for customers to get hands on. Management it very supportive and friendly right off the bat its instant trust with one another. The hardest part is when stock levels are low hard to sell anything.
involved shadowing the Executive Director for marketing in Europe, which was a very interesting and thought-provoking experience. It was during this time that I learned useful and practical marketing techniques such as effective presentation and communication skills via my observations
Management are sub-standard in certain areas. Employee's are not treated fairly in some respects. Teams, PM's, Technical etc are profressional, supportive and friendly. The teams within this organisation are A+++

Great working environment, great people, lots of opportunity to progress and move departments. Dated facilities but everything you need to do your job Dell acquisition - significant changes which have been quite negative. Lots of cuts - no plan on future communicated. No regard for former EMC staff

In my short time there I found it a very enjoyable place to work. The training was very good and the support of management and other staff was welcome for new starts. Every day was different and it was a challenging but rewarding experience.
good salary, conditions
