Dell falls in the top 10 of companies to work for globally and when you work for them it is clear to see why. You are made to feel part of the Dell Family from day 1, the remote onboarding was smooth, and I was provided with all the tools for my job (laptop etc..) in advance of my start date to ensure that I could hit the ground running. There have been many opportunities for me to get to know my team both virtually and in person which has made me feel better connected. I cannot fault the company; I love that they have a focus on wellbeing and leading a healthy lifestyle which is encouraged through optional challenges and guest speaker training. Every day is different, and it keeps me on my toes, I wanted a job that challenged me and gave me opportunities to learn new things, I also wanted a job where there were clear opportunities to progress, and this position has given me just that. I love how diverse my team are, we all come from different walks of life and have very different experiences and knowledge to bring to the table which enables us to support each other and succeed each day. We are offered great discounts at gyms, in shops and a brilliant compensation package. If you want a job that enables you to fulfill our purpose: to create technologies that drive human progress, then you are looking at the right company.
