Our team here at Dental Elite recruitment is made up of 3 recruitment consultants and a recruitment resourcer. We were established in 2010 and not have a combined experience of 25 years for recruitment in the UK dental market. Over this time we have built up a reputation of being famous in our space and we do this by using more focus.

Locum Support Desk - Our consultant knows that when a locum is required by a client it is normally needed as fast as possible. Therefore, having a close relationship with the locum talent pool is essential to meet their needs.

Permanent Clinicians desk - Due to the extreme challenge of recruiting in the UK for clinicians our consultant is supported by a full-time resourcer to be able to keep up with demand. This desk helps dentists of all abilities and specialist to achieve their career goals.

Permanent Support, Hygienist and Therapist - Dentistry is very much a team game and therefore all successful practices will require the right support team around them. This will range from practice managers that can drive a business forward to a solid dental nurse who is reliable and passionate.
