We are on a journey together and growing fast. We have achieved our vision for 2020 with us now operating 62 mixed NHS and private only practices, employing 700 employees and 350 dentists, but this has only been achieved through working with great people and recognising the need to offer dental professional’s personalised opportunities they won’t find elsewhere.

Best Place to Work
Dental Partners are an incredible company to work for and support you in every role that you do from day-to-day. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to work in Dentistry.

Don’t bother!
I worked at Genesis Dental Care which was taken over by Dental Partners, I hadn’t signed any contracts but my annual leave was decreased by 5 days (from 25 to 20). We were constantly low staff and low stock, we were forced to have meetings/training sessions during our lunch breaks (which was our only break in the day), lunch breaks SHOULD BE A BREAK from anything work related. I love meeting new people everyday day
I have worked at the practice for over 15 years but worked with dental partners since they have taken over us at sheldon I found that nurses are more money than me which is so unfair for such little time they have worked with us I think you should be rewarded for how long you've been with the company.
