I have worked at the practice for over 15 years but worked with dental partners since they have taken over us at sheldon I found that nurses are more money than me which is so unfair for such little time they have worked with us I think you should be rewarded for how long you've been with the company.

Management are supportive and have great expertise within their department. I really enjoy my role, working in such a faced pace environment, which is growing rapidly.

Great culture with a supportive management team

Very good company to work for, excellent communication and extremely inclusive. The company provides development/training opportunities and works closely with Practices to ensure their needs are well supported. The management team and CEO are approachable and hands on, and work hard to deliver their ethos of best place to work.
