Global advertising giant working on some cutting edge work
Lots of change going on and is a great place to be, although can get a bit stressful due to the pace of change. But nice offices dotted around in Central London. I worked on a global programme so it meant had to be in working at some weird times as dealt with 3 major timezones. However the work culture is quite traditional and you are generally expected to be in office all 5 days of the week (Before Covid19). Great place to work on some cutting edge projects and some lovely bunch of people if commute is not an issue.

Harsh environment
Challenging environment to work in, lack of collaboration but has a lovely office. People are very nice but you can tell everyone is overworked and they need more staff.

It generally need to look away from favouritism
The company doesnt know much about SOD , favouritism is the order of the day . No appreciation for a job well done .The should be more senior education and training and also the idea of jumping into conclusion without any findings should be discouraged.

Great people, great culture.
Great company, people and culture. Very connected to the needs of their employees and embarking on an exciting mid-term business strategy. Nice place to work.
Executive in Manchester

Draining & unmotivated enviroment, unreasonable work loads and dead lines, managment clearly clash in effort to be top dog and squabble like children and some should have retired 10 years ago but now spew their bitterness over fresh new faces wanting to learn positive work ethics. Bullying and sexist culture. Men seem far more prefered and 'heard' professionally. Whole experience very taxing on self esteem and mental health. The most poisonous managment team and some of the most unpleasant people I have ever had the misfortune to work with.
