Rethink sickness policies. Very harsh for people who phone in sick with genuine illness. Unfortunately because other members of staff take the p*** it affects the rest of us. Be ready with your competencies that could be made up as they don't even check them but be ready as at interview it turns out you cant use the ones you have submitted for the job? beggers belief so you end up having to think of stuff off the top of your head at interview.

You have contracted hours now. Some people are full time, you can choose shifts 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, 10.30-6.30. If you was to gain some flexi credit you work before or after your shift pattern if you want to and then have a day off. Office opening hrs in Nottm is 7-7 but you cannot start work till 7.30 am and work ends 6.30 PM. Lots overtime available as well. Can also work part time, term time etc
