The Council will probably go soon. Sad for some, but not for senior managers who don't work innovatively and use resources poorly.

Actually working there. No sense of working together, although there are some lovely people, they are in junior positions. A lot of talk about culture and working practices, but no action.

Not nice. Senior management are very poor and unsupportive. A very toxic environment. Never sure who to trust.
